We’re really pleased that Lanier South West have been featured in Technology Reseller, talking about how we’ve been using AI voice technology to make life easier for our customers.

Our Managing Director, Calum Smith, started using AI to help with service calls — logging requests automatically, giving guidance, and letting our team focus on the trickier jobs. It’s designed to help our staff, not replace them, and it works 24/7 so customers get faster support.

From in-house solution to industry innovation

Originally developed to support our own service desk, our AI Voice Agent was designed to help process incoming service calls, log requests automatically, and provide customers with instant guidance, all fully integrated with our internal systems.

Rather than replacing staff, the AI solution works alongside our service team, providing 24/7 support when calls cannot be answered and freeing up time for more complex tasks.

Today, AI Voice Solutions is helping all kinds of businesses. It can handle routine calls automatically, speed up responses to customers, cut down on unnecessary costs, meet 24/7 service needs, and open up new opportunities like outbound calls and order-taking.

As Technology Reseller points out, what started as a small in-house project in “a little company in the South West” has quickly grown into something that works across industries.
