One system that we utilise is the Papercut System. 

Papercut has many features that will help out the user. Here are a few of those:

 

 

  • User management – You can create accounts for each user and set quotas or a balance for each user. Users can have a starting balance and get topped up with set amounts.

 

 

  • Security - With each account you can specify features to block, which means you can prevent certain users from copying or scanning.  (You can also use swipecards with these accounts for added security)

 

 

  • Really easy to get started - The system can be setup on any platform so is useable by almost anybody and can be setup in a matter of minutes.

 

 

  • Easy administration – You can easily manage users and sort them into groups, these groups can have set balances and quotas as stated previously.
